By exercising regularly, which is a form of physical activity, making better food choices and drinking more water you can improve your overall health and feel better about yourself - Stay Healthy, Be Wealthy! When you make healthy lifestyle choices; (i.e. eating more fruits & vegetables and walking daily) you gain many positive benefits - you become wealthy.
